An end-to-end digital visitor and meeting management solution for government offices with following key features:
- Pre-booking of visitors, customized check-in workflows, customized visitor badges, capturing digital signatures, notifications to both hosts and attendees and ability to integrate with third party applications
- The solution should capture photos of visitors and must recognize/ register repeat visitors
- Maintaining logbooks and presenting meaningful analytics
- There should be no limitation on number of visitors/ data to be captured
- The solution must have capability to organize meetings, notify attendees, integrate with other meeting platforms (Google, MS Outlook/ Teams, etc.)
- The solution should have automated standard meeting protocols such as notification of agenda, minutes of meeting, follow-up on action items, assignment of tasks, alignment of back-to-back meetings (factoring in transit times, etc.)
- Should have the ability to exchange/ share files and documents of any format
- The solution should be device agnostic and must have mobile application for both iOS and Android
- All data should be stored and transmitted only through State Data Centre (appropriate approvals and support shall be provided by DoIT&C)
